Section 1 — Agreement
By creating an account and using the Daily Stewardship System ("DSS"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use DSS.
Section 2 — Description of Service
DSS is a faith-based daily stewardship application designed to help young Christian men structure their Faith, Family, Finance, and Fitness under biblical principles. DSS is provided as a subscription service accessible via web browser or mobile device.
Section 3 — Account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others. You must be at least 18 years old to use DSS.
Section 4 — Subscription and Billing
Payment
DSS is a paid subscription. Payment is collected upfront at the time you subscribe, and full access begins immediately. There is no free trial.
Subscription Plans
- Monthly Plan: billed automatically every 30 days
- Annual Plan: billed automatically every 365 days
Founding Member Rate
Founding Member pricing is locked for the life of your subscription as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing. If your subscription lapses, Founding Member pricing cannot be reinstated.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at each renewal date. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Section 5 — Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges. It does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged. See our full Cancellation Policy for details.
Section 6 — Refunds
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you were charged in error or believe there is a billing problem, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith. See our full Refund Policy for details. EU/UK customers: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases; by starting your paid plan immediately you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge you lose that right once access begins.
Section 7 — Your Content
You own the content you create inside DSS. By using DSS you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Section 8 — Prohibited Use
You may not use DSS to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to access, reverse engineer, or copy any part of DSS
- Use DSS in any way that could harm The Four Stewardships LLC or other users
Section 9 — Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and materials in DSS are owned by The Four Stewardships LLC. The Four Stewardships name, logo, and brand are protected intellectual property. You may not use them without written permission.
Section 10 — Disclaimer
DSS is a personal development and discipleship tool. It is not a substitute for pastoral counseling, professional financial advice, medical advice, or mental health services. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes from using DSS. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Section 11 — Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Four Stewardships LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of DSS. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD $50.
Section 12 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Four Stewardships LLC from any claims arising out of your misuse of DSS or your violation of these Terms.
Section 13 — Binding Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver
Please read this carefully — it affects how disputes are resolved. Except as noted below, any dispute between you and us will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you and we waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or representative action. Either of us may still bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing dennis@thefourstewardships.com with your account email and the words "arbitration opt-out." This section does not apply where it is unenforceable by law, and does not limit rights that cannot be waived (including, where applicable, certain consumer rights of EU/UK residents).
Section 14 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Richmond County, Georgia.
Section 15 — Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of DSS after changes constitutes acceptance.
