1. Who We Are
The Daily Stewardship System ("DSS") is operated by The Four Stewardships LLC, based in Augusta, Georgia. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means The Four Stewardships LLC. When it says "you," it means the person using DSS.
2. What Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Name and email address when creating an account
- Payment information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
- Content you create inside DSS including journal entries, prayer logs, and stewardship records
- Responses to onboarding questions

- Device type and operating system
- Browser type
- IP address
- Pages visited and features used within DSS
- Time and date of access
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain DSS
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send transactional emails including receipts and account notices
- To send the Daily Stewardship Email if you have opted in
- To improve the product based on usage patterns
- To respond to your questions and support requests
4. Third Parties We Work With
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data. See stripe.com/privacy.
- Kit (ConvertKit) — email delivery. Your email address is stored in Kit if you subscribe to our email list.
- Supabase — database infrastructure. Your account data is stored securely through Supabase.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Your Content
The personal content you create inside DSS — your Spiritual Autobiography, Prayer Log, Battle Record, Household Constitution, and all journal entries — belongs to you. We do not read, share, or use your personal content for any purpose.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we take every reasonable measure to protect your information.
8. Children
DSS is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal data, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of it (we do not sell or share, but you may still ask). Residents of US states with privacy laws — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Washington, and others — and individuals in the EU, UK, and Canada have these rights. To exercise any of them, email dennis@thefourstewardships.com and we will respond within the time your law requires. We also do not use advertising trackers (such as Meta, TikTok, or Google pixels) that would associate you with DSS.
10. International Users (EU, UK, Canada)
If you use DSS from outside the United States, your data is processed and stored in the US. Our legal bases for processing are your consent and the performance of our agreement with you. Data that reveals your religious beliefs is treated as a special category and processed only with your consent, given when you choose to use DSS. You may withdraw consent at any time and may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
11. Sensitive Data
Because DSS is a faith-based discipleship tool, some of what you enter — your prayer logs, journal entries, and stewardship records — may reveal your religious beliefs, which is treated as sensitive under several US state laws and as a special category under GDPR. We never sell this data and never share it with advertisers.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of DSS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
